Simcoe Street Subdivision

The applicant is proposing development of the subject lands for the purposes of establishing a residential subdivision to be comprised of 27 townhouses and 4 semi-detached units.

Project status:

The Planning Department, consulting agencies, and internal Township departments are presently reviewing the applicant’s submission for the Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment.
